On 06-25-03 I sent a request for permissible purpose.. This was sent via Federal Express Mail , and the Better Business Bureau. Thank you and I look forward to resolving this matter.

OK, I'm going to have to press the issue in one case. Served a non-party who refused to answer a subpoena claiming they could be sued for supplying me with documents that relate to me :shock:
