These are not sweatshop jobs. Most of Ocwen's Indian employees are college graduates; they include 80 software developers, along with workers in residential loan servicing, human resources, accounting and risk management.
The good news is that it will still be deleted after seven years from the original delinquincy, so you either have less than two years to go, or you may even be able to dispute it off as aged. The bad news is that, as they always do, TU updated the DOLA on the account. Since scoring models depend very heavily upon DOLA, you are feeling the major ding.
Would it be possible to report a loan to the CRA's that is from my company to me?
