Secondly, if it happens that a valid FCRA claim can, the judge is going to want evidence of actual damages. The $1751 for not satisfying the judgment with the court is not actual damages. The judge is likely to throw it out on the spot AND award sanctions to the defendant.

I have just begun reading all the info here and working on my reports for the last month. Just got my Trans Union disputes back - 9 deletions!!!! I am so excited. I never would have been able to do this without all your knowledge!!!!

It's a tough situation, and you can't really do much, other than continue to be a wonderful step parent- as you have in the past.
